About
Laura Herron serves Western School of Science and Technology as the Math Interventionist and as an Instructional Coach. It is her goal to help students enjoy math class and understand mathematical concepts.
This is Laura’s second year at WSST and her 14th year in education. Previously, Laura has taught elementary, middle, high school, and college level math courses. She has also served as an AVID coordinator and AVID elective teacher.
In her free time, Laura is devoted to animal welfare. She volunteers for a local animal shelter, where she cares for dogs who have been abandoned or neglected. She always has foster dogs in her home, and would love to show you pictures of them.
