About
Lynné Almy serves as the Director of Counseling for all students at Western. She loves giving students the support they need to be successful both here at Western but also in the futures they choose for themselves.
Lynné is entering her 14th year teaching at the corner of 67th Ave and Indian School. She taught 6 years at Pioneer and is starting her 8th year at Western. Prior to teaching, Lynné worked for Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Tucson, AZ. She also served as an elected member of the Phoenix Elementary School District Governing Board.
Outside of work, Lynné spends her days with her husband, her son, and her adorable dog, Luna. She also enjoys reading, participates in several book clubs, and loves spending time with friends and family.
