About
Elisa Hobbs has been teaching at Western for four years and is the current Spanish II teacher. She helps facilitate the CLEP test so students may receive college credit for their celebrated language skills. As well, she coaches volleyball and co-sponsors the club Be A Leader, believing extracurriculars help to teach and develop important life skills.
Prior to Western, Ms. Hobbs taught abroad in Spain and substitute taught in the State of Michigan. She also worked as a coordinator/client relations for a cross-culture communications company. Coaching and teaching have always been a part of her life having played volleyball at the collegiate level.
Ms. Hobbs enjoys playing volleyball, watching sports and spending time outdoors. When she can, she visits family and friends in the city and/or from her home state of Michigan. ¡Vamos Warriors!
